2024 Fitness Kickstarter

This 21 Day Challenge is all about getting your body moving and to help you form a new healthy habit. The goal is to have you moving for around 30-45 minutes each day for 21 days. This program focuses on building a habit so there are NO rest days! It's built to be able to do at home, with recommended lifts for dumbbells to improve your workout quality. 


Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Equipment Needed: Bodyweight (Dumbbells to increase challenge)

Tier 1 Personal Training

Our starter program for those who are looking to get back into the gym or don't have a ton of time during the week. On top of 1-2 customized workouts per week, you'll receive
- 24/7 access to a 1Plan Fitness Coach
- 1Plan Recipe Book (updated)
-Habit training
- Professional fitness advice
- & Nutritional guidance.
